Return Policy
A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be charged to the buyer. Returns and refunds will not be honored after 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to testing. Request support from your account information page or by calling us at 800-864-2345. Returns without prior authorization will be refused. An RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise for warranty work, return or refund. RMA numbers assigned to buyer have a 10 day limit.
