Pros: waterproof/dustproof, 7 megapixels, accepts sdhc cards, point and shoot operation, great pics
Cons: no view finder, hard to focus in dark, must protect lens covering from scratches
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this camera because it does what it's advertised to do in a very easy manner. It IS waterproof/dustproof and point and shoot!!

First let me say that yes the waterproofing works! I tried taking underwater shots in my aquarium as I have never gotten good shots of my cichlids from outside the tank and wanted to test the waterproof claim while in warranty. Great shots! Worked...

Pros: Waterproof, compact, large LCD screen
Cons: Image quality is poor under almost all circumstances
The Bottom Line: Okay for snapshots, but if image quality is important to you, keep looking, this won't do the trick.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review:
I bought the Pentax Optio W30 because at the time it was the best reviewed waterproof compact digital. A lot of my recreation revolves around the water and a camera that can tolerate spray, wetness and an occasional swim is high on my priority list...
