CH700 headphones are ideal for any listening and monitor application where critical sound reproduction is needed. The closed-ear design provides maximum isolation reducing unwanted bleed that can be picked up on live microphones. The CH700 employs exceptional 40mm drivers with ultra thin Mylar diaphragms and high-output neodymium magnets. The result is a wide dynamic range and linear frequency response from 20Hz to 22kHz for exceptional reproduction and a balanced sound making them a perfect choice for monitoring digital audio. The large earpiece further extends the low frequency response and the adjustable headband and lightweight design provide comfort and easy listening through the longest sessions. Less

Listen to the Music! Samson CH700 Professional Studio Reference Headphones

by shopaholic_man , Jan 18, 2009
Pros: Comfortable, accurate music reproduction. Good for practicing guitar. Long cord.
Cons: For music listening, the soundstage isn't as full or dynamic as better headphones.
The Bottom Line: These are a good pair of headphones with a nice long cord, however there are better pairs out there.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I love to listen to music, but I can't always turn it up. Sometimes, you need to keep your music to yourself.  I picked up a pair of Samson CH700 Professional Headphones at our local guitar store. These are professional monitor style over the ear...

Quality noise canceling headphones

by sbellville , Jun 29, 2007
Pros: Great noise-cancellation headphones for the price, good sound quality
Cons: Not very comfortable, after a two hour movie my ears hurt
The Bottom Line: Recommended to anyone looking for a good cost-effective set of noise-canceling headphones. I?ve owned this headphone for 8 months and I enjoy the sound quality and love the noise-canceling feature.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I bought the Phillips HN110 because it was a cheap alternative to the Bose QuiteComfort noise-canceling headphones. I believe in the school of thought "you get what you pay for," and though the HN110 is a lot cheaper than its more expensive brothers...

Superb noise-cancelation, mediocre sound quality

by thegsrguy , Mar 12, 2007
Pros: Good ergonomics, comfortable, decent performance for money, compact
Cons: Overly-boosted highs, not much oomph for bass
The Bottom Line: The HN-110 headphones make a good alternative to the overpriced and only marginally better Bose TriPort headphones.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: There seems to be two types of noise-canceling headphones available for purchase. One type is around $50, the other is above $150. I am a college student and do not have the money to drop $150 on headphones, so I opted to save some cash and buy the...
