Definitely one to consider for the price

by ncsuprof , Jun 14, 2008
Pros: price, projection quality, ease of use, portability
Cons: paper manual would be nice, but so easy to use, maybe not necessary
The Bottom Line: A solid, good-quality machine for the money. I'd say give it a go for most apps before you think you need to spend $1200 on a fancier unit!

Review: I'm adding my review of this projector after consulting the first helpful one in-store, via my iPhone, at a major electronics retailer when my wife and I were looking for a data projector recently. I have university classroom-type uses for one,...

Worth considering, especially if you're on a budget.

by excaliburn , Dec 17, 2007
Pros: Good resolution and color, works flawlessly, easy to set up, inexpensive.
Cons: Not as bright as some, resolution not as high as true home theater units.
The Bottom Line: Great choice in a sub-$1000 projector. You can buy this unit AND a spare lamp for less than $900. One of the cheapest high-resolution units available.
This reviewer recommends this product.

A good Entry Level Projector

by e_commentor , Aug 16, 2008
Pros: Good price performace, High Lumen, fair contrast.
Cons: Not good for gaming, VGA performance poorer than HDMI
The Bottom Line: This DLP projector is a good entry level projector. It will cost you $900 and you should not be complaining.
