Cons: Cord Storage was not readily apparent.

Pros: great dual features, easy to clean and it works!

Cons: no cons

The Bottom Line: Finally! A toaster that perfectly and evenly toasts every part of the bread - and it looks good too. Also defrosts and reheats. Great machine.
