GE 27851 2.4 GHz Cordless Telephone Answering System Meets My Needs!

Pros: Quality meets value, good enough for most users!

Cons: 2.4GHz, only 10 number memory, bulky phone.

The Bottom Line: I would not pay $50 for this phone but for $20 it is a decent buy for most households!

So I was browsing the phones at the local Walmart. I only had few requirements:

* It has to be cordless and work inside my house
* I want an answering machine
* Speed dial for few numbers...

An Adequate, Basic Cordless Phone - GE 25836 5.8GHz Cordless Phone

Pros: Simple, Good call clarity, Low interference, Nicely styled

Cons: Range is decent - but could be better, Otherwise - not much

The Bottom Line: It's not the best cordless phone out there, but it's not the worst either and it comes at a reasonable price

Pros: Very economical, has enough features to satisfy anyone over 30 years old. Non-Intrusive.

Cons: Has no "Message" feature.

The Bottom Line: Competing in a crowded field, GE has no competitive edge. Thus, this has to be a reliable and durable device. It Is.
