Pros: Beautiful and sturdy with great storage

Its a nice crib with horrible customer service

Pros: Style is nice, looks beautiful when assembled, sturdy, nice side railing/drop side. Nice drawer underneath.
Cons: Customer service, reodering parts is a pain.
