Lots of potential lost

Pros: Attractive, compact
Cons: No browser, so no way to connect to most free wi-fi. No chat
The Bottom Line: Don't consider this phone if you plan to use while traveling unless you are a Boingo subscriber. You'd be better off with Skype on an iPhone of Windows Mobile device.
