A nice player for the average DVD owner.

Pros: Inexpensive. Updates for firmware available from manufacturer. No major flaws.

Cons: Complicated remote design. Minor subtitle flaw. Minor flaw playing double-layered DVDs.

The Bottom Line: Great for the average DVD player user. Very flexible and inexpensive. No major problems. Firmware updates easily available.

Pros: Plays DVD, VCD, HDCD, CD, MP3s flawlessly

Cons: MP3s must be in ISO9660 format so titles are chopped at 8.3 format

A Solid Bargain

Pros: Well built, good quality, and inexpensive.

Cons: Loud, big, clock doesn't auto-set, and a few other minor annoyances.

The Bottom Line: Noisy and big, but well-built and great quality. Definitely worth a look when it's on sale cheap. Significant internal ingress problem reduces overall rating by one star.
