Pros: excellent graphics engine, sound, fast paced gameplay

Cons: lack of environments, repetitive, too short, lacks buildup

DOOM 3: Ultra Refined Classic!

Pros: Extreme graphics, intense gameplay, 'playable' on mid-range systems, 'coolness' factor

Cons: Expensive, steep system requirements, dark graphics, not much beyond the traditional shooter theme (DOOM)

The Bottom Line: Expectations are high and DOOM 3 delivers, though it may never reach the status of the original.
