Avanti W798SS Stainless Steel Top Load Washer

Died during the very first cycle.  Called the Avanti repair center and was told seller had 30 day warranty.  Seller denied this.  Called Avanti again, got service call scheduled and was told I would get call from service tech within 2-3 days.  never got a call.  Called Avanti and left message, no return call.  Called again 1 week after first call, spoke to supervisor.  Was told it got reschudled and assigned to another service tech.  I was never informed.  Supervisor left message for service tech to call me but they only return customer calls from 6-8 in evening.
