Author's Review

We bought our first LG appliance in April 2007 because of the features it offered. Seemed too good to be true. Since we got it, we had it repaired twice by LG. First time, the ice dispenser "stop cap" stayed open. This caused HEAVY condensation inside the refrigerator and warm storage of course. Next the light in the freezer never worked. It comes on now from time to time but its usually out.

I love the way it looks. And I think the french door design makes sense. But what were they thinking when they designed the water/ice dispenser? First, a regular size cup doesnt fit under there. Secondly, if u have a foam or plastic cup, it's not strong enough to activate the dispenser. You have to manually push it with your hand.

I dont know. LG should've tried harder before sending these out.
