The iPod makes my day complete. I take it everywhere. It has been a fantastic product, and has given me no trouble. The interface is great and extremely easy to used. Combined with iTunes it makes music extremely easy to find. How many other mp3 players automatically keep count of how many times a song has been played, and sorts then by type and artist? You can even make your own playlists, or add one to the on the go playlist with a click of a button. As if hold 6 gigabytes of music isn't enough, it has an equalizer, a clock, and a few games to waste time with. It's amazing how advanced the iPod is. Sure go ahead and buy the Dell equivalent, but how many products does it have out there marketed just for it? How many sets of speakers can it plug directly into. The iPod, along with the iRiver can make an 8 hour trip go by faster, as you never have to change CDs or hear a song twice. The battery even lasts that long without phasing. An iPod battery can go for weeks without needing to be recharged. Sure it's an expensive little gizmo, but go buy it anyway.
