I love my iBook for home and office.
Pros:
Light, compact, well designed, excellent monitor, stacks of connectivity, very user friendly, super fast.
Cons:
Doesn't make coffee in the morning!
The Bottom Line:
Purchase. Add the iBook G4 to your list of favorite objects.

I love my iBook G4. I needed a laptop for home and office. Looked at many laptops and notebooks.. but for the first time I thought I'd check out Apple.
I love this notebook. It is light, fast, powerful and easy to use.
The AppleMac software is a work of art..easy and just so logical. I use it for word processing, project, web, email accounts, photography, music..etc. Works with Microsoft documents etc. so no worries there. Wireless and dial-up connectivity is a dream.
I cannot say enough about Apple service and support - outstanding. When I bought the G4, the guys at the AppleStore installed everything. My wife and I had dinner and when we returned we had a new Apple iBook G4 "to go." Very impressive.
Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about this product.
I was anxious when I purchased it..new hardware, software etc. but I have absolutely no regrets. A very solid, professionally engineered, clean design.
If you have never tried Apple, imagine Pixar animation designing your business software so that it not only works properly (fast and effective) but is really fun to use. That's the iBook G4. Oh, and it talks to me as well!
