I bought this humidifier 3 months ago, and it no longer works. I followed all user instructions, and it will not produce steam. I called the toll free customer service number for resolution, asking for the name and number of the CEO to express my displeasure. A woman named Billie simply hung up on me in mid sentence. Their customer service is worse than their product, if that is at all possible.

Avoid this piece of junk!!!
