Not worth the effort.. lousy modem

I bought this to try on my IBM laptop as an alternative to the Lucent internal. I liked the idea of the features but I had trouble installing it on Windows XP. I downloaded the newest driver "exe" but it doesn't install the driver. You have to do that manualy. Tech support never did respond to my Emails. I did get it to work but.. it's slow and very unstable. When it does connect to the Internet it just sits there. Can't find the server is a common refrain. All in all a horrible little modem.
