Zojirushi BBCC-X20 Bread Machine

After reading the reviews of bread makers, I went with this machine even with it's higher price and am I glad I did! It surpassed my highest expectations! It's very easy to use, even with the somewhat vague directions included and clean up is a breeze. The first day I made my favorite yeast roll recipe using the basic dough setting and they turned out the best I have ever made. I use the machine almost daily now and the whole family loves it. We wake up to fresh raisin bread, and yes, you can just add the raisins in with the flour the night before and it turns out fine. One other thing I do differently from the instructions is I cut up the butter and but it in the water before adding the flour. To sum up, I would buy this machine again in a heart beat!
