Whynter SNO ARC-10D Portable Air Conditioner

As luck would have it, my 3 year old window unit decided to go on strike in the middle of a ugly heatwave. I did some quick comparisons and decided that I wanted something that would at least blend into my apartment's decor. I chanced upon this Whynter unit and found it rather attractive and nicely designed for an air conditioner. Upon receiving it, I did find the stainless steel sides to be visually quite appealing.  The minor installation process was painfree and intuitive, I only referred to the instruction guide twice.  It was ready to use in no time at all.  It cools decidely better than my old window unit, but may not be a fair comparison given that this is brand new.  I will see if it keeps up over time. It stands about 3 feet tall and is maybe 1 foot wide and can be moved around easily on it's coasters.  I was able to get the temperature of my bedroom down 15 degrees in approximately 20 mins or so.  I am completely satisfied with it at this point and would not hesitate to recommend.
