DO NOT BUY!

We had this oven for 6 years, and used the "self-cleaning" feature twice and it burned out just before Thanksgiving this year. The manufacturer should retitle this "feature" as "SELF -DESCTRUCT" as that's basically what happens when you use it.

I've researched getting the part (the "controller" or "microprocessor", as directed by the "failure code" (E0/F0) and found it for about $240 list, $220 discounted and most companies want the old one back (the "core" charge, an additional $20-$30 - this must be a real money maker for Whirlpool, since they obviously don't make enough money selling this garbage product).

Save your money and buy something else.
