Beware Whirlpools service ...

I've bought other whirlpool products in the past and largely I'd been satisfied .. which is why I thought a microwave from them would also be a good bet.
Wrong.

Unfortunately, the product is unreliable. Mine broke three times and although it was under warranty, Whirlpool refused to provide a replacement.

Although I could have continued the merri-go-round of getting it repaired and having it break again, I decided to move on. I suggest you do too .. without making the same mistake I did in trusting Whirlpool as a brand who would stand behind the quality of their products.
