Not cheap, but for serious grilling, it's worth it.

I bought this after 10 months with a terrible Kenmore. I had (and still have) an older Weber Silver "A." This new S-320 has stainless steel grates and flavorizor bars. I grill 3-5 times per week.

Assembly took several hours but wasn't hard. Everything lined up and it was an easy assembly compared to some I have built. It's a very nice grill- looks nice and feels sturdy. It's easy to move and to light.

It gets very hot quickly- 10 minutes is plenty of time to preheat. It heats very evenly, which is important. It also is able to control flare-ups. Even when I accidentally spilled some Italian dressing off of zucchini, it flared for a second and stopped. This control is something I now realize is engineered into the Webers that is absent in some others (such as the cheaper Kenmore). It's a world of difference for serious grilling of delicate foods like Mahi-Mahi, Scallops, and Shrimp. It does a beautiful job with steaks and burgers, too.

If you are thinking about this one, and you grill often, it's worth it. I think this one will last for years. I paid $900 with tax, which isn't cheap. I'm pleased with it.
