It works well, but it's not magic

The Bottom Line: I recomment the Waring Pro PC100 wine chiller. You just have to understand that it doesn't work by magic... you'll have to be patient.
Review: I have been trying to develop my wine palate this year. It's one of my new year's resolutions. Part of drinking and enjoying wine is serving it at the right temperature.

Review: Try searching for help from the manufacturer.  The users manual has more warnings than instructions. You'd think that they'd have a web page with some direction or FAQs.
