Pros: Temperature recovery, removable oil well, timer, basket handle folds for storage

Cons: Under-body of the unit has edges that are a little sharp.

I was a little apprehensive to purchase this at first, due to the price $129 (at Williams Sonoma). After reading the reviews, however I decided to buy. I gave it a real workout when I got it home, making 120 Crab Rangoon, and 200 chicken wings in preparation for a party. The temperature recovered quickly between batches, and after all of that cooking - the oil only went down 1 inch! It cleans up easily, and I love the fact that the oil well comes out for washing. Very well designed, it's a workhorse!
