Linksys WPS54G Print Server

It looks like the previous person got this right on the nose. This one is absolute trash, so stay away. Not knowing any better, I picked this up without doing a search for ratings of it and I was very sorry.

I got the wireless working after about 1/2 hour, but I couldn't print anything out from it from my desktop. So, going to the web interface for the thing, I pushed "Print Test Page" and.... nothing.

Then I read that there was newer firmware available which might help, so I installed that. Reseting it and connecting the power back up, I could get ping to the IP address but right after I called up the first webpage from it, the thing crashed hard. No connectivity, no ping, no nothing.

Emailing the support desk was no help at all and only gave childish advice like "Ensure the device is plugged in".

By doing several power cycles, (one for each click) I finally was able to navigate to the "print test page" link again. Still nothing, so I packed it up and took it back. Never will I trust linksys again.
