Tivo is the best invention since color TV

The Bottom Line: Tivo service is flawless - highly recommend it with DirecTV. ?Good? ratings above are because you may experience equipment problems that have nothing to do with Tivo.

Never Ask a TiVo Owner About a TiVo

The Bottom Line: TiVo is such an excellent product! I use mine constantly. I think there are very few TiVo owners who aren't thrilled with their TiVos.

I came, I saw, I Tivo'd

The Bottom Line: I recommend the Tivo because the product is a great one in principle. People have been a slave to network TV schedules for too long.
Review: I've had my Tivo Series 2 for about 6 months and, although it isn't perfect, I would buy it again in a heart beat.

TiVo is a major disappointment

The Bottom Line: Disappointed! Picture quality is everything. The picture is grainy but not 'washed out' and I can work around the problem by recording DVD on TiVo's DVD drive, then playing DVD.
Review: Tivo has been a hellish experience. As a serious 'technophile' it deeply disappoints me to feel so frustrated about my terrible Tivo experience, that I want to warn others through this review.

Best Accessory for the TV EVER!

The Bottom Line: You'll find yourself watching live tv less and less as once you get used to the Tivo it will free up your time for more important activities.... like PS2. :>

Tivo Series 2 140-Hour Model - The Tivolution Expanded!

The Bottom Line: You MUST own this machine, if your time is valuable and you don't want to be ruled by when NBC thinks you should watch and you don't like commercials.
Review: This is the best buy I have ever made. I love my Tivo. My wife orginally wanted it and I was cold to the idea but finally gave in. Was I ever surprised. This thing is great. TV will never be the same for me. I can't even watch Live TV anymore...
