Gave me The HeebeeGeebee's

My husband and I saw this movie on Pay preview last night. I was really excited to see what all the talk was about since everyone I know has already seen it. I hadn't heard much about the plot just that I HAD TO SEE IT. Well I did! This movie was OUTSTANDING!!!I can now see why it was nominated for six academy awards.

The movie takes place present time and stars Bruce Willis as psychiatrist, Dr. Malcolm Crowe. He's married with no children of his own and really thrives and enjoys his work of working with young troubled adolescents. Soon after he receives a prestegious award for outstanding work in his field, one of his old patients reappears and commits suicide right in front of his eyes. He gets past this physically but mentally he still is troubled with the fact that he never really helped this child. Then along comes a new case, a young troubled boy, Cole Sear, played by Haley Joel Osment, with the same symptoms as his first patient. Malcolm is determined to do whatever it takes to help this young boy. Cole's problem is he see's ghost's and Malcolm is not sure if the boy is crazy or actually telling the truth. I will stop here as I do not want to spoil the rest of the movie for anyone that hasn't seen it yet. Although I will say the ending will absolutely BLOW YOU AWAY.....

This movie is excellent and by far one of the best, if not the best movie of 1999. I highly recommend this movie which is out on video now. It's a suspenseful edge of your seat ghost story that'll knock your socks off!

I would not recommend this movie to be watched by children or anyone under the age of 17. There is no nudity but there are some things of a violent nature that may be very disturbing for a young person or even an adult to look at.
