Good sound, but brakes easily

I purchased 2 of these headphones, wanting better sound quality than the cheap headphones I had before.

They had nice long cables, and came with a set of batteries. I traveled around with one pair, and left the other pair at home. I listened to music with them daily. Battery life was good, one month of use and the battery didn't seem to die out.

After that month, the left speaker went out on one of them. I took it apart and found a frayed wire. Tried to fix it, but didn't work.

After another week, the other headphone's left speaker went out too! Again, another frayed wire. It seems that's a problem with the headphone's wires.
