Pros: Good quality and price, great lens for beginner and budget-conscious

Cons: Nothing to complain about for 109$ incl. shipping.

This lens works fine with my D50 and D70 Nikons D-SLRs. The autofocus is not noticeably slower than with my regular Nikkor lenses and the quality of build and optics are very reasonable.
The lens is very light and I use it for outdoor portraits of animals and people alike.
Hey, I know it is not the best lens you can get but it you look at the quality/$$$$$ ratio then this is up there. I am evry pleased with the results and I consider this an EXCELLENT value for the budget-minded amateur photographer like myself.
