Pros: No pros for this product really. I'm sorely disapointed.

Cons: Video quality is the worst I've seen. Lack of a power button.

As an IT professional, the video quality is the worst I've seen on any docking station product. And the lack of a power button on the docking station itself requires you to OPEN the notebook to turn it on. A docking station should allow you to press a power button on the docking station itself to turn it on. It's very akward having to leave the lid open to your notebook just to use it.

Worst product. It should be taken off the shelves.
