Seemed Perfect, But no Deal

I purchased this freezer for my frozen desserts franchise. I wanted to use it as a take home product merchandiser. It fit the bill quite well as far as size and price. However, it was a problem from day one. Even though the salesperson assured me that it would, we could not get the temperature down below 15 degrees. This was not low enough to store our products. Also, it is very noisy.

Customer service from both the vendor and Summit was non existent and at times very rude. After 3 months, we ended up getting the credit card company to agree to dispute the charges. It was only then that we finally got them to respond. They ended up picking the freezer up for return.
