This is a product that never should have been put on the market. Sony can certainly do a better job than this. I bought these to replace an old infra-red set of wireless headphones. As it turns out, the old headphones work much better than these. These headphones have lots of hiss and static in the background. I've tried all of Sony's suggestions to fix the problem, but nothing works unless I want to sit 5 ft from my 52" screen. Don't buy these, you won't be happy.
