not impressed, get a different style of carrier

I bought a Snugli carrier at Value Village because it was only 99 cents on sale. I am sure glad that I did not pay anymore for it. Other mothers and babies seem to like it, but me an my daughter do not. I find it difficult to put on, difficult to put the baby in and take the baby out of. Whenever I put my baby in it she screams the whole time, no matter what I do. The shoulder straps scratch her face and the flap that is supposed to hold her head when she is facing me doesn't seem to do it's job well for us. Also there are so many straps that I find it difficult to get it adjusted.
