smartparts 15 inch digital picture frame

Bought one. Couldnt get my computer or another computer to recognize the frame needed to download pictures--error reading. Took it back and got another. This time the frame didnt even have the needed software on it to download, or so it appears. Also would not recognize the other media devices--eg travel drive, sandisc. Called there so called "tech support", left my phone number, emailed them, and waited on hold for over 1 hour and never heard from anyone. In talking with the clerks at the store where I bought it, they said MANY of these are being returned for similar complaints. If you buy one for a gift for someone, check it out right away before you give it to avoid the heart-ache of them having to deal with it or maybe being too late for a refund
