Not bad, but wait for better...
Pros:
Clear sound at moderate volume levels.
Wireless Range.
Cons:
Large, and unattractive design.
Can only be used where the wireless base is plugged in.
The Bottom Line:
Try to find a bluetooth headset. It will be worth the money.

Author's Review
I have owned this set of headphones for about 6 months now, and as far as getting the job done, they do well. The range on these headphones is amazing (About 100 ft), but as you get further and further away from the base, sound quality flickers in and out. When I first listened to these headphones, I was amazed at the sound quality. Now, I just wish they could have designed them better.
First, the headphones are CLUNKY, LARGE, and UGLY. Not to mention that they can be uncomfortable at times as well. Second, the base for them doubles as a battery charger- which is a good idea, but the base needs to be plugged in to the wall for you to use your wireless headphones- eliminating the hope for you to take these headphones on the go with you (working out at the gym, or using them with a portable mp3 player). As far as sound quality goes, it is great, and the volume can be turned up very loud (with the sacrifice of sound quality). When the batteries die down, the volume gets lower and lower until it fizzes out. Also, the volume and the tuner knobs are close to each other- which results in you hitting the wrong knobs sometimes.
Overall, not a bad set of headphones, but I am sure that new technology will work out all the quirks.
A suggestion would be to check out bluetooth wireless headphones.
