This product also came with a disk to download Rhapsody, all you had to do was make an account and be willing to pay for the account. The Sansa is compatible with Rhapsody so downloading is very simple if you have that program.

I bring it everywhere I go it has a good size so it fits easily in jean pockets, thus being very durable. I don’t suggest constantly dropping it on the floor, but if it dose slip from time to time it won’t brake, and the screen is not a touch screen so it is not prone to scratches. My Sansa has been drop many times and still works like new.
