I paid 419.00 in April 2005 and the shredder just quit on me today. I have never tried to shred more than 5 pieces of paper at a time although it says u can shred 12 pieces.
I do not use it every day and it is basically used to shred junk mail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OR ANY PRODUCT FROM ROYAL. THE WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR 1 YEAR. IT IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED.
