I received this as a gift and it quit working within a couple months. Returned for a replacement, it had the same problem. Cord wouldn't retract, and wouldn't warm up - at all! Bought top of line professional one and the electrical cord is fraying. Bought $60 model for kids and plastic steam button kept popping off.

Good steam but poor longevity. I sew a lot and iron everything, so a good iron is important to me. Will try the Consumer Reports Best Buy recommendation next.
