Short Overview
This game is just beautiful. The game really isn't that deep but it didn't matter this time. This is one of the few games that I still play. It is best when you play it every once in a while. You see, the campaign isn't very deep, you just race and unlock more fictional cars. That was a slight drawback, I do wish that it had licensed cars, oh well. The cars that it does have are varied and are detailed. This is a good game to have in your collection for any time you feel like racing.
Graphics
Beautiful. That's it. I was blown away by these graphics as this was my first game on the PSP. The only complaint is that it set the bar way too high for other games to match.
Sound
The cars sound good and the music is nice. It's good enough for me; besides, who buys a portable video game based on its sound quality.
Controls
The controls work well, there is no wonky setup here. The game uses drifting to build up nitrous so this is a major part. There are three different drifting options; standard, mild, and dynamic. Just stick with standard to start and go up if you like. The benefits of a setting of dynamic are better drifts that you can keep going for a considerable time.
Overall
If you are a fan of racing games and this isn't a game that you own, what have you been waiting for?
