His video is very inspirational. He know how to get you involved. He has real people on his show. He has exercise video out for all ages. He also includes things about meals and how to eater smarter. He helps you build strength, endurance, a positive attitude and shares letters on his show about people who need help. He even makes videos for physically challenged people.
