Useless Expensive Junk Phone

This is the first time I've ever written a negative review, so don't take this lightly. I paid close to $200 for this piece of junk at OfficeMaxx. I couldn't really afford it but I needed it to WORK from my home. I bought it, specifically, because I needed to use a headset while working since I need to type while speaking with clients.

Now, the speakerphone was wonderful, however, it's a speakerphone, so they can hear my typing very loudly. When not typing, the speakerphone is pristine.

However, I have tried SEVEN different headsets, from the very inexpensive, up to $60 headsets and not ONE is usable quality! It's NOT my headset so it must be the PHONE. There is some insane static and a background constant buzzing that has prompted a couple clients to beg me to call them back to make the buzzing go away.

I have never wasted so much money on one beautiful piece of junk. RCA - it takes more than looks and 16 touch-dial features to keep a customer satisfied. It turns out, you shouldn't HAVE a feature unless it will WORK because some of us will buy your darn phone just for that one, useless feature!
