The ATI Radeon 9550 256 MB AGP Graphics card is truly amazing! I want to start off by just saying that the ATI Pre sales support team is great! They are very friendly and were willing to answer any question I had about the ATI Radeon 9550 256 MB AGP Graphics card before I purchased it.
This graphics card excels in every way possible! It delivers superior graphics for your computer games, videos, streaming media, photos, anything having to do with graphics!
It was super easy to install too. All I needed was a screw driver and 5 minutes. Unscrew your PC cover, insert the card into your AGP slot, screw the card in to secure it, replace your PC cover. That's all there was to it. Then just insert the set-up CD and it does the rest!
What about performance you ask?
well, It excels here too. You'll be amazed by the speed and performance increase you'll get from this card. It really improves your PC experience. It speeds up your Internet connection too by loading graphics heavy web pages even faster, even if you have dial-up!
The included software suite consists of: Hydravision, The ATI Multimedia center, ATI Remote Wonder, ATI Catalyst Control center, and the ATI Launchpad Desktop Toolbar.
Hydravision allows the user to control, modify, or enhance their display or secondary display.
The ATI Multimedia center allows the user to launch their digital media including: CDs, DVDs, Music, Videos, Photos, and TV. The ATI Multimedia center also has a special library where you can store everything (Digital Media wise) in one convenient location on your computer or on removable media or external hard drive location.
ATI Remote Wonder provides the user with Control over TV, DVD, File Player, Library, and video and gaming features on your computer.
The ATI Catalyst Control center allows the user to tweak and configure their Radeon to their heart's desire! It is the best and most important software included with this card.
The ATI Launchpad Desktop Toolbar gives the user instant access to their graphics card options and software suite.
Another plus about the ATI Radeon 9550 256 MB AGP Graphics card is that it is very compatible. The Catalyst drivers that come with the suite are constantly being updated to always be compatible with the latest games.
It is a great package and good PC investment for any PC gamer or user. Any PC user can benefit from this great graphics card. A definite must buy for everyone!
