Pros: Very well written, interesting characters, interesting topics. Humorous and thought provoking.

Cons: If you are repulsed by sex depiction and cussing, this is not for you.

I rented the first season because I read some great reviews in various mags including Rolling Stone and Spin. I gave it a shot and found it was thought provoking and very well written. I liked the characters instantly (even the one you are supposed to hate) and liked that they all had a great deal of depth to them. The story lines are interesting and dramatic with the right amount of humor.

This third season is just as good as the first two and I was happy to buy it off E Bay for about $60. As for the gay sex...yes you do see this but after about 1 episode of season 1 you get used to it and it's not shocking anymore.

I think it is a fantastic show.
