Love It, Love It, Love It

I received the Presto Electric Skillet as a Christmas gift from my children this past year. I had never used an electric skillet until this past January. I really wasn’t sure what I was going to use this skillet for let alone what to cook in it. I thought that it would be great to use as a warming tray or to cook bacon on weekends. Little did I know that this versatile skillet would become one of my favorite kitchen electronics! I went on the Presto website and there was an ad to purchase the Eclectic Electric Skillet cookbook.

When I opened the skillet, there was an ad to purchase the Eclectic Electric Skillet Cookbook This recipe book has helped me to really fall in love with the skillet. The skillet is a mini oven and really comes in handy when you are making multiple items that require baking in the oven. The cookbook has really opened my eyes to the versatility this extra “oven” provides. I also need to mention that the recipes in the cookbook are fabulous. If you are looking to purchase this skillet, I would recommend that you consider purchasing the cookbook. The cookbook has a plethora of different recipes from breakfast to appetizers to desserts.
