Mom's TAXI, Mom's bus...the wheels on the bus go 'round and 'round!

Date of Review:  Aug 29, 2004
The Bottom Line: It is a great van no matter how you are going.
Review: The wheels on my 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE never stop turning. I keep telling my kids that I am just going to put a taxi light on top of it. My kids are like the energizer bunny the keep going and going and going and so far so does the van...

Who? ME? In a minivan?

Date of Review:  Jun 9, 2000
Review: The time to get a newer car was two weeks ago. It was a tough call, but when my only semi-reliable source of transportation left me stranded twice in one week... Well, it made my choice easier.

I had been looking on line, reading reviews...

The long day's journey

Date of Review:  Sep 8, 2000
Review: As promised, I am sharing my opinion on this little mini van, and how it rates on long trips. I have 2 to relate to you, so buckle up, and enjoy the ride.

The first trip came as a surprise, about a month ago. Due to an airline foul up, I...

1997 Grand Voyager

Date of Review:  May 18, 2000
Review: The only Voyage that my minivan constantly went on was to the service department. I purchased my 1997 Grand Voyager new in August 1996. It was a great running vehicle until about 15,000 miles except for the mystery wiper that would come on(bad...

Good Used Van

Date of Review:  Dec 9, 2001
The Bottom Line: Buy used one that's had bugs worked out of it. Make sure previous owner gives you all paperwork so you can verify repairs/maintenance.
Review: Bought our '97 from the first owner with 40K on it for $9K. Put new Michelin X1's all around and new front Monroe Sensatrac struts. Also needed new battery. Orig. owners did maintenance by the book so the van runs great.

This is our first...

A Nice Van With a Slew of Problems

Date of Review:  Jan 3, 2008
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't recommend a car, at least of this model year (I can't speak for any others), because of all the transmission horror stories I've heard.
Review: My mom bought a purple 1997 Plymouth Voyager SE in Deep Amethyst Pearl about 7 years back. 6 of those years, it has gone completely unused, because the transmission one day just stopped "clicking" to get the van moving. I mean, it felt like (in...

Love mine and Looking forward to the Next!

Date of Review:  Jan 29, 2000
Review: We bought our Voyager (Base model) 2 years ago. In that time we have taken numerous weekend trips, carpooled countless Girl Scouts and used it for our own *theater* while at the Drive-In. I LOVE mine! I probably said the same thing others did. Me? A...

Good family truckster

Date of Review:  Sep 29, 1999
Review: We have a 1998, about 2.5 years old with 38,000 miles. It's a very comfortable car, rides well, holds vast amounts of people (7 comfortably) or cargo (we've taken all the seats out and used it as a moving van). The V6 engine gives just enough power...

Date of Review:  Nov 1, 2000
