The Bottom Line: For anybody that is in search of a new electric shaver, this is the way to go.
Seems solid, all-though i'm not sure about the shaver being water-resistant over a longer period of time. The flexibel shaving heads feel solid enough to last a year, and a year is the period that they should be used. After that, according to philips you should replace them, for hygienic reasons. The heads are just clicked on, so you can easily take them of to clean them ore to use the extra trimmer that is supplied. About the result: i think it's a perfect solution. I used to shave with a razor, Gilette Mach 3. I dare to say that the result of this shaver comes very close to that. But, more important: since i use this machine my skin is much less irritated then before. And the most important thing is: it saves time, because i shave when im in the shower. And before i used to shave every two days. But with this machine it's a pleasure to shave myself every morning. Also, when you add up the cost of all the replacement Gillette blades, that don't come cheap, i think in the end this shaver will earn for itself.
The charging of this machine doesn't take much time. Even when it's completely empty, you can charge it in only 7 minutes, to have enough shaving time for a decent shave. In an hour and a half the machine will fully charge itself, and that's in my case enough to use the machine for more than a week.
