very good - would recommend

We received this infant seat for our first child who was born last May.

We have found it to be worth the high price tag since our daughter is very comfortable and happy riding in it, and more importantly, we feel she is safe.

It does take up a lot of space in our 2006 Saab wagon and it is much heavier than some of the other car seats I've lifted. I'll take the added weight over something that isn't as well padded any day. My brother has a smaller, lighter car seat for their daughter who is the same age and she was constantly tipping to the side in her seat since she didn't have all the built in head support that this one offers.

At 10 months she still fits comfortably since she is 15.5lbs and 29.25in. We never had the problem others have mentioned with their kids getting too hot.

We got it to go with the travel system and love the Pliko stroller. Both pieces are attractive, work easily together and have fabric that cleans easily.

Easy enough for me to install three weeks before my EDD. We did have it reinstalled at our State Police barracks, but there were no major mistakes made with my install. The only drawback is that the strap to tighten the belt is difficult to pull and almost impossible to tighten if putting her directly into the seat when it is left on the base.
