Bought new phone

thought panasonic made a good phone. was debating between this model and a vtech. decided to go with this model as it was a bit cheaper and looked more durable. going to exchange for the vtech. this model of phone has no volume control that i can find for ear piece volume. can only adjust ringer. sound is tinny, tunnel like. also not as aesthetically pleasing as the vtech model i am looking at.

the most annoying factor though is the volume control. my mother and one friend are very loud on the phone, and i have one friend that is very difficult to hear. so as a result, my old phone had an easy adjustable volume control that was easy to adjust during conversation. along with poor sound quality from a 2.4, i previously used a 900 mhz cordless that was high quality. this phone would be a step down from my 900. it is going back.

i would recommend this phone however based on functionality and i think that it is fairly attractive. batter life seems to be sufficient.
