Excellent DVD Recorder

All I wanted to do was to copy my home VHS tapes to DVDs. I tried a number of computer based software and hardware solutions with poor results. After hours of research on the internet, I determined that this unit had the best reviews. This DVD recorder, when hooked up to my VCR, creates excellent DVDs. In fact, the quality of the DVD picture is usually better than the original tape. The owner's manual could be simplified a bit, but it only took me 30 minutes to set up and create my first DVD. It has everything I need and at a great price. After many hours of frustration using my computer, this is the way to go. I've "burned" about 10 DVDs so far with absolutely no issues.
