DVD / VCR from Panasonic

The Bottom Line: If you have to consolidate two to one unit, buy this unit. Otherwise, stick to separates.
Review: While looking for a DVD/VCR combo, this is a great buy at only a $150. It is really easy to use and installs easily. However, I found it hard to do the following things:

The Bottom Line: Avoid this machine. It is so very limited, you will soon find yourself out shopping again for a more capable machine.
Review: I bought this on the day after superbowll when Best Buy had nothing else left. The VCR portion of this player is poorly designed and will send a horrible unbalanced buzz into your TV set if you use the component video jacks on the front or rear...

Review: RCA, or any other brand would be better. Panasonic is really lacking lately, especially in the warranty dept.

I have owned this unit for awhile now and after getting around the other problems previously reviewed something new pops up.

Panasonic DVD/VCR remote is awful

Review: You'll want to buy a different remote to use this product. Panasonic's remote (model LSSQ0375) is a throwback to the days when manufacturers confused quantity and quality.
