unreliable

I've had this printed for only a month now and I'm ready to toss it out the window. It jams every three or four pages which is infuriating. The paper output tray has to be tended to constantly, if you try to print a 20 page report it will end up on the floor in a scrambled mess. The brand new printer needed a toner cartridge refill after only two weeks, perhaps 300 sheets of paper were printed in that time. In other words it CAME to me with a nearly-empty toner cartridge.
Save yourself the aggravation, by a reliable HP instead.
